Loss & Damage Policy

Dhobi & Co. — Hyderabad

We handle every garment with care. If something goes wrong, here's what happens.

1. Damaged garment

If we damage your garment while ironing, we will pay you up to 5 times the ironing charge for that item, or ₹250, whichever is lower.

2. Lost garment

If we lose your garment, we will pay you a fixed amount of ₹250 per piece, up to a maximum of ₹1,000 per order.

3. Reporting time

You must tell us about damage or loss within 24 hours of delivery. After that, we cannot accept the claim.

4. Not covered

We are not responsible for damage that was already there before pickup (old stains, weak fabric, broken zips, etc.). These are checked and noted at pickup.

5. How payment is made

Approved compensation is paid in cash or UPI within 7 days.
